Are you insured against damage?
Yes, we are insured up to CZK 500,000. As a carrier, we are liable for the goods from accepting the cargo until it is handed over to the consignee. If the value of the cargo is higher, additional insurance may be taken out.
What inconsistencies is the transport company liable for?
We guarantee the correctness and volume of the cargo, the observance of the time limits and loading and unloading times.
Inconsistencies will be acknowledged only when documented by a transportation agreement (CMR), waybill or additional form or vehicle operation record and confirmed by a competent person on loading/unloading.

Do you provide delivery note for the goods?
Yes, we send delivery notes confirmed by the consignee by mail together with the invoice and transport contract immediately upon completion of the transportation.
Do you charge for waiting on loading and unloading?
Compensation for waiting of the vehicle on loading or unloading up to 2 hours is included in price. If the waiting time exceeds 2 hours, we bill the customer according to the current pricelist.
Is it possible to monitor the movement of a van?
Our vehicles are equipped with a GPS system that allows us and our customers to continually monitor shipments and vehicles. Additionally, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., we are available on phone and e-mail every working day in order to check the movement of the goods.
Is it possible to load the goods with a crane?
Yes, Fiat Ducato Maxi 10 p. is equipped with a folding roof.
Is your price already final?
Yes. We do not raise the price even if we have further unexpected expenses on the road.
